The first groups of finalists for Miss Wales 2016 have been announced.
Interviews have been going on throughout the summer months to interview lucky hopefuls in the running for the Miss Wales 2016 title. More interviews will continue in the autumn months in both the north and south of Wales.
The finalists are aged between 16-24 and are now beginning their Miss Wales journey searching for sponsors and beginning their fundraising activity for the Miss World charity, Beauty With A Purpose.
The first event on their fundraising calendar will be the Miss Wales wedge walk which will be lead by Emma Jenkins, Miss Wales 2015, on Saturday 26 September.
Applications are still being taken for a number of regions across the country.
